Easy-to-follow, fun choreography includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale.
Circuit
Featuring a proven combination of aerobic exercise and strength training with weights and resistance tubes, this Jazzercise workout covers all the fitness bases as you cross train your way to a fit and fabulous look.
Body Sculpting
Sculpted arms, tight abs and firm and shapely legs are the primary focus of this challenging muscle toning workout, which features a creative combination of weight training and stretching.
